Pura Letra now appears in the iOS share sheet. Reading something in News, Mail, or anywhere else, tap the share button and pick Pura Letra to send the article straight to your library. Update the app from the App Store to get it.
Articles you read, plus your 20 most recent unread saves, are stored on your device automatically. Open Pura Letra on the subway or a plane and your reading keeps working, no connection needed.
Pro subscribers can now translate any saved article to Spanish with one click from the reader toolbar. Translations are powered by DeepL and kept alongside the original, so you can switch between both.
A Spanish-language home you can find on Google, trending stories from Menéame in Discover, the Spanish classics shelf by default in Books, and a classic short story as the sample read. The interface was already bilingual; now the whole experience is.
A new Books section lets you search thousands of public-domain titles and read the full text right in your reader, free. Books still in print show their details with a link to buy from Bookshop.org, which supports independent bookstores.
Every new account now starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required. Highlight without limits, search the full text of your library, add tags, and more. When the trial ends you keep everything you saved and move to the Free plan.

Pura Letra now detects your browser language on your first visit and sets the interface accordingly. You can always switch manually between English and Spanish using the language toggle.
You can now request account deletion from Settings. A 30-day grace period lets you change your mind, a banner appears so you can cancel the request at any time.
